Wattbike analysis & training

The Wattbike allows everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes to experience the same ultimate training tool!  My goal is to provide sessions to be able to assess your current riding style, paying particular attention to your technique, power output and pedaling efficiency.

The session will includes a Biomechanical assessment of your pedaling technique and riding style. We will give you specific advice on how to maximise your efficiency and power through improved technique.

We can then design a program of training at the right intensity for you to achieve muscle growth, fat loss and improved fitness.

So whether it’s fat loss or elite performance conditioning you are after, a Watt Bike session will produce amazing results in a short period of time.

Package 1

  • 3 Minute Aerobic Test, depending on fitness level.

  • Pedalling Technique.

  • Peak Power Test.

  • 20 Minute Threshold Test

  • Ramp Tests.

  • Distance/Time Trials

  • Post session performance analysis & technical feedback.

  • Future training guides.

  • Follow up test.


Package 2 

6 session training program.

Initial assessment same as above. We provide you with a set of heart rate zones and cycle power zones specific to the watt bike. 

A power based training schedule which is guaranteed to improve your performance on the bike. 

Weekly training facility (more if required). 

Interval session, combined with your other training sessions as prescribed, will boost your performance. We will monitor your progress and show you the improvements made.

Training PAYG £20

30 minute session, Zap fat, charge up your endurance and generate epic leg strength. 

*no coaching, wattbike analysis booking is a requirement before use of the wattbike.
